We use Royal Mail for smaller parcels and other couriers for medium/large items. The courier used will be based on your location and size of parcel.
'Standard Delivery' will take 3-5 working days to arrive.
'Next Day Delivery' will take 1-2 working days to arrive.
Arrival times are calculated after your parcel has been dispatched.
You will receive an email to inform you that your parcel is on it's way, along with a tracking number.
Please note if your order comes under the 'Large Letter' method of postage, you will NOT be able to track your order and NOT receive a tracking number! If you are wanting to track them, then please select 'Next Day Delivery' at the Checkout.
Due to COVID-19, delivery times may be slower and can take up to 9 days. Please remember to factor weekends and Bank Holidays into delivery times. During busy periods (Christmas, New Year etc), deliveries may take longer than usual - please be patient!
We base our delivery charges on the weight and size of your parcel, which will be calculated at the checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect contact details, including Postage Addresses. Please make sure to check all details, before placing your order!

If you would like to place an order with us, but we do not ship to your country, please email us and we will look to add your country to our shipping destinations.
Please note any charges you receive in regards to your order, including import taxes, IOSS etc, are payable by the customer. Please make sure you are aware of the taxes and costs your country may impose, before placing an order with us.
Shipping to European countries will usually take between 5-7 business days to arrive. All other international destinations will take at least 7 Business days to arrive. Please remember to factor U.K Bank holidays and weekends into the time scale.
Once your order has left us, we are unable to control delivery times. Some destinations, including European countries, may experience some delay due to Brexit and Covid. Once again, please be aware of this before placing an order.
It is very important to us, that all products reach you in tip-top condition. All products are checked thoroughly before they leave us. However, if a product is faulty or you are unhappy with your order, you have 14 days to change your mind. Please email email@example.com (within these 14 days) with your order details including any information and photos of said item/s. We will then investigate the problem and notify you of any action taken. Refunds shall be credited back to the account that was used to pay for the item.
Any items returned to us, should be sent back in their original, undamaged packaging.
Please ensure all details are correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or parcels being lost due to incorrect addresses being given.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on dummies.
We try to use eco friendly packaging as much as possible; either made from recycled materials, recyclable or compostable. We care about our planet!
